How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles within 3 business days. Need an item to be expedited? Just ask, we'll try our best to accommodate your request!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on weight and receiver location. The shipping price will be listed when you check out. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yup! We ship internationally, but RAE Collective is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Credit Card information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Your credit card information is not stored or viewable on the website’s servers and is processed through a secure connection through Shopify and/or PayPal. Use of PayPal is subject to their terms and conditions.

What do I do if a vintage item is sold out?

Although RAE Vintage pieces are one of a kind, we source and restock popular items frequently! Feel free to email us at info@raecollective.com and let us know what your heart desires. We are always open to feedback and will do our best to accommodate your needs on our next vintage sourcing trip! 

 

Where is RAE located?

We are bi-coastal! Lia lives in sunny Los Angeles and Sara lives in the concrete jungle, New York. However, our home office is located in Los Angeles.

Where do RAE vintage items come from?

We have searched for vintage items all across California and NY to curate our vintage collection. We search thrift stores, estate sales and vintage shops to build out our inventory.

Are RAE vintage items pre-washed?

Yes! We hand wash or dry clean all items before we ship out. All dry cleaned items are sent to a local green cleaners, a non-toxic and environmentally safe cleaning alternative. Our dry cleaner does not use the environmentally harsh toxic chemicals used by traditional cleaners.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any RAE Vintage or Sale Items. Returns are accepted within 7 days for RAE Eco Collection merchandise. All returns must be post marked within 7 calendar days from the date the item is delivered or returns will not be accepted. 

  • All items must be in the same condition as received, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we feel the items have been worn, damaged, had tags removed, stained, marked, excessively wrinkled, altered in any way or, if in any other manner the item is not in the same condition in which it was sent.

  • Items returned to us with deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, animal hair or similar product stains are not refundable and will be shipped back to you. 

  • In order to minimize waste, we discourage purchasing multiple sizes of the same item to try on and return. Please contact us at info@raecollective.com and we will be more than happy to help you find the right size and style! 

  • To process a return, please email us at info@raecollective.com with your order # and return reason and we will help guide you through the appropriate steps!
