Ethics & Compliance

Ethics & Compliance

How we operate matters just as much as what we sell. This page sets out where Rae Collective stands on sourcing, supply chain responsibility, the environment, and how we conduct ourselves as a business. We have kept it direct, because anything less would defeat the purpose.

Our Position

Rae Collective exists to make women feel good, and that commitment goes deeper than the clothes we sell. It shapes how we source, how we behave, and how we hold our supply chain accountable. We do not believe that fashion and responsibility are in conflict. Growth built on exploitation is not the kind of growth we want to be part of.

Ethical Sourcing

We work with suppliers who share our commitment to fair treatment, safe working conditions, and lawful employment practices. We require every supplier to comply with the labor laws of their country, including standards covering working hours, fair wages, and freedom of association. We review our supplier relationships and sourcing practices on an ongoing basis and hold ourselves to a higher bar wherever our current standards fall short.

Modern Slavery

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking anywhere in our operations or supply chain. We take reasonable and documented steps to ensure these practices have no place in our business or among the partners we work with. Where required by law, we publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining the specific steps we have taken during that reporting period.

Environmental Responsibility

The fashion industry has a significant environmental impact, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We make thoughtful choices wherever we can, from how we package our products to how we consolidate shipments and choose our suppliers. We are committed to being transparent about where we are in this process. We are not perfect, and we are not going to claim that we are. What we are committed to is doing better every year and being honest about the work that still needs to happen.

Business Conduct

Everyone at Rae Collective is expected to act honestly, fairly, and with respect, whether they are dealing with customers, suppliers, or each other. We do not engage in deceptive trade practices, false advertising, or any behavior that would damage the trust of the people who shop with us. That trust is central to everything we do.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a concern about any aspect of our ethics or business conduct, we want to hear from you. Email hello@raecollective.com with your concern. Every report is taken seriously and handled with confidentiality.
