Shipping & Returns
We believe in keeping things straightforward. No jargon, no buried clauses, no surprises at checkout. Here is exactly what to expect when your order ships and exactly how returns work if something isn't right.
Shipping
Free shipping over $50. Spend $50 or more and your order ships free. The free shipping threshold must be met and checkout completed within one hour of adding your first item to the cart.
Processing times. Most in-stock clothing ships within 1 to 3 business days. Jewelry and smaller accessories typically ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday. Made-to-order and pre-order items have individual timelines listed on each product page. These reflect supplier and production schedules and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carriers. We ship with USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order size. A tracking number is sent to your email automatically once your order ships.
Holiday closures. Our facility closes on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these periods are processed on the next available business day.
International shipping. We ship internationally. For rates, timelines, and customs information specific to your country, email hello@raecollective.com before placing your order.
Returns
Our policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered. Rae Collective is a store-credit-only boutique. Approved returns are issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date rather than a refund to your original payment method.
Condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear, carrying odors, or missing packaging will be sent back to you at your cost.
How to start a return. Submit your request through our Returns Portal before sending anything back. Items returned without a prior submission will be refused.
If you purchased Returns Protection at checkout, your return shipping is covered. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or final-sale reasons: holiday items, pre-order and made-to-order pieces, final-sale items, intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewelry. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before submitting a return.
Wrong or Damaged Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix any error right away, including a prepaid return label where applicable.
Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not process traditional exchanges. For a different size or style, request a return for store credit and place a new order. If your order hasn't started processing, we can cancel it for store credit. Once an order is processing or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. Holiday items and pre-orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
