Waiting on a package is tough, so we make it easy to see exactly where yours is. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

How to Track Your Order

The fastest way to check on your delivery is through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder first, and add hello@raecollective.com to your safe senders list so future updates always land in your inbox.

You can also enter your order number and the email address used at checkout below to pull up your current order status right away.

What Your Order Status Means

Order Confirmed. We received your order and our fulfillment team is getting it ready.

Processing. Your items are being picked, packed, and prepared to ship.

Shipped. Your order is on its way and your tracking link is active.

Out for Delivery. Your package is with the carrier and expected to arrive today.

Delivered. The carrier has marked your order as delivered.

Processing and Delivery Timelines

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day. Made-to-order and pre-order items have their own estimated ship dates shown on each product page before you purchase.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. We ship with trusted partners including USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location. Carrier timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays in transit are outside our control.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines and any applicable customs fees vary by destination. For international tracking questions, email hello@raecollective.com and we'll help you directly. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, reach out and we'll look into it on your behalf.
