Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the site, select your size and color, and add items to your cart. Head to checkout, complete the steps, and you'll get a confirmation email once your order is received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't started processing yet, we may be able to cancel it for store credit. Contact us right away at hello@raecollective.com. Once an order is processing or fulfilled, changes and cancellations are not possible.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam folder and add hello@raecollective.com to your safe senders list. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, contact us and we'll resend it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time after that depends on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free when checkout is completed within one hour of adding your first item to the cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Email hello@raecollective.com for international rates and timelines before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.

How do I start a return?

Submit your request through our Returns Portal before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for store credit and place a new order in the size you need.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated arrival dates listed on the product page are projections from our suppliers, not guarantees. Production timelines and customs can affect them.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing a pre-order item.

How long does made-to-order jewelry take?

Our artisan silversmiths typically create pieces in 2 to 8 weeks depending on their current workload.

Payments & Sizing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your card details.

How do I find my size?

Every product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes in a fitted style, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Many of our styles are available from XS through 3X, with availability shown on each individual product page.
